Due to the nature of our products and our production schedule we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double check your order before checking out. Damages and issues
If you received a damaged product or missing an item from your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to soulisticme2u@yahoo.com do include 3 clear pictures of damaged item as well as your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2 day window cannot be acknowledged.
