All orders are shipped via USPS Mail. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed.

Although our products are made from the very best organic roots, seeds, herbs, butters, and essential oils. If you have allergies or skin sensitivities, we recommend performing a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Products and advice make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problem and is not intended to substitute other therapy or medical advice.

 

Due to the handmade, small batch process we do not accept returns or exchanges. No refunds will be provided unless there is a packaging error or you received an incorrect product. If there is any damage to your product upon arrival, please email us at info@soulisticllc.com with a photo of the issue. We will be happy to assist you in a fast resolution!
